Frequently asked questions

  • Do I need an account? No — you can start as a guest and track items right away. Create a free account to back up your inventory or share it with a household.
  • How do I track opened items? Mark an item as opened and Dueduo starts a "use within N days" countdown based on the product's setting, then alerts you before that deadline.
  • Can I share inventory with my household? Yes. Create a group and invite family by email. Each member gets a role (Owner, Admin, or Member).
  • What if a barcode has no expiry date? Dueduo applies a sensible category-based shelf-life default so nothing slips through unguarded.
  • How do I delete my account? You can delete your account and data from within the app's settings. SeeDelete your account.

  • 可以與家人共享庫存嗎？可以。建立群組並透過電郵邀請家人，每位成員都有指定角色（擁有者、管理員或成員）。
  • 條碼沒有到期日怎麼辦？期遇會套用合理的分類保存期限預設，讓每樣食材都有守護。
